Simple, Clear, Collaborative

We’ve designed a straightforward workflow that keeps you informed and involved, every step of the way.

Discovery Call

We’ll start with a free consultation to understand your vision, layout needs, and lifestyle. You’ll share:

The type of home or structure you’re planning
Square footage goals
Functional priorities (e.g. open concept, office space, storage)
Site considerations (slope, sun orientation, garage location, etc.)

We’ll answer your questions, explain timelines, and outline what you can expect.

Initial Concepts

Based on what we learn, we’ll create a custom layout tailored to your goals.

A non-dimensioned floor layout
Overall flow and structure
Key zones such as kitchen, living, bedrooms, and utility areas

You’ll receive the initial layout to review and mark up.

Revisions

This is where collaboration shines. We’ll gather your notes and feedback on layout, flow, and details, then revise accordingly.

Adjust room sizes or placements
Refine entries, windows, or storage
Add features like porches or a bonus room

We want this plan to reflect your vision — and we won’t rush the details.

Final Package

Once the design is approved, we’ll create and send the full digital floorplan package.

This typically includes:

Final floor plan
Foundation plan
Plumbing & electrical layout
Roof plan
Elevations
Wall section detail

Plans are delivered in high-resolution PDF format, ready for permitting or builder review. CAD files may be purchased at an additional cost.
